It was actually my sister's idea. I was trying to figure out an email address, and when she suggsted it, it stuck. Everything online now, is kevlightyear.

Well, I was originally going to make my screenname "phoenix," but I can't spell, so this is how it turned out...

The truly sad part is we all know that a real phoenix rose above the ashes of it's former self, but to be honest, I'm still trying to figure out what in the hell a "pheneix" does.

I stole mine from an 8-bit nintendo game called 'Adventures in the Magic Kingdom'. When you start the game, mickey asks you to enter your name. If you don't enter anything, mickey and everyone else in the game refers to you as 'bamboo.7'. I've been using this name for my e-mail address since i first started using the internet, back around 1993 or so.
