I don't believe it does. It feels like it because of the way the image on the screen tilts, but I believe the seats only physically tilt forward and back.

I'm in no position to argue this, what you say may be true.
But I will say that I've watched the carriages from many positions, and just looking at them (not the screen), it certainly seemed like there was a slight left-right tilt to them.

If you're on the end of the row, and look across at the next bank of seats, you can clearly see that the entire bank tilts left-right. Your end rises as the near end of the next bank lowers. It's not big, of course, the film makers it feel bigger.

Since Wanda owns AMC now, maybe they'll put one of these in at Downtown Disney so you can ride "Soarin'" without dealing with FP+!
