Which ride do you miss?

Most of us have admitted that we get withdrawls when we're away. We miss the atmosphere, the characters, the sights and sounds and more. But which ride do you miss most when you're away from WDW?

For me, I've discovered that I really miss the ToT. I've only ridden it once but I really miss it. I finally got the courage to ride it (while pretty much being dragged onto it by my friend LOL) and I loved it. But I only got to ride it once because I had only 2 days to see all of WDW. But now I really want to ride it again when I get back this fall. Probably over and over again :) Also I miss my favorite ride of all time, The Haunted Mansion :)

How bout y'all?

Hmm.. my one ride that I miss when thinking about disney world would be:

Splash Mountain.. theres something cool about the smell of that ride and that floaty feeling. I also like the stupid song and theme of it inside.. then how you outside and can see around the park a bit.. and the big drop of course :)

I like so many rides but Splash Mountain would be the one I would say I miss the most.

I'd say Tower of Terror as well.
The atmosphere, the thrills, it's all there and it reminds me of alot of fun times spent with family and friends on vacations we've taken there.

I miss all the rides!

But, the one ride I miss the most is definitely Splash Mountain. I worked there for 7 months when I was a cp. I miss it so much! Splash was my home away from home, and now I'm a bit homesick!

Which rides present and past i miss...

Let's see:

Jungle cruise, pirates, big thunder, splash, hop, haunted mansion, peter pan, 20k, space mountain, cop, tta, dreamflight, alien encounter, mission to mars, sse, uoe, test track, mission space, living with the land, horizons, original imagination, el rio del tiempo, gmr, star tours, and tot.

Gee, feels like i'm forgeting something... :D

For me, it's Mission:Space and (past attraction that I miss on a more, uh, permanent basis) Horizons. (Guess there's just something about that spot in Epcot that attracts me, eh?)

There's just something about M:S, with its music, really immersive theming and awesome ride that gets me every time... Lately, when the withdrawal pangs have been getting too intense, the BGMs outside M:S have been my WDW methadone drip...

CtX (aka Dinosaur, but I like CtX better :) ) and RnRC are the two that popped out to me as missing from the list. Those are 2 of my favorites as well :)

i would have to say a toss up between ToT and Splash Mountain. For the past two trips ive gone, i seen the same cast member at ToT. I don't remember his name, but he did the best job of extending the theme of the ride into everything he did. he alone made the atmosphere of that ride come alive. i wish i could shake his hand, because without a doubt, between the deadpan expressions and erie monatone speech, he made that experiance all the better.

any time a ride envelopes you and causes you to forget everything else that is going on outside is unforgetable to me. i miss those the most.

good topic.

Splash Mountain, Space Mountain, Big Thunder Mountain, Rock N Rollercoaster, Tower of Terror, Test Track, Mission: Space.... and all the others, but going back in.... 9 days :sohappy: :sohappy: :sohappy: :sohappy: :sohappy: :sohappy:

Since I live near WDW and am always there, I rarely miss a ride that is there. However, what I do miss are some of the rides no longer there, and that list is made up almost entirely of original Epcot rides (World of Motion, Horizons, Imagination, and to a lesser extant, the ride through the Living Seas.

When I'm in withdrawal, I see myself missing:

Peter Pan
The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh
Splash Mountain
Spaceship Earth
Test Track *I've had quite a few dreams involving this one.*
It's Small World...admitted, I do miss it, and when we went and it was in rehab, I wanted to cry.

There's probably more that I'm not thinking of, and when they come to me, I will edit or post again.

For me it will always be Space Mountain and TOT. Space Mountain for the nostalgia of it all, and TOT for newfound Disney magic. There is nothing about the TOT that is not a totally immersing experience.
