Which restaurants do you visit TWICE in one trip?

We are creatures of habit. Though we always have good intentions of trying new places, this is the ONLY time in the year that we can eat at our favorites! There are several restaurants that we just HAVE to eat at twice.) This year we are going for a 9 day trip, participants are DH (34), me (31), DS (6), DD (3), DGM (56), DGP (60). What are yours? Here are ours...

- Kona Cafe: Twice for dinner and once for breakfast
- Chef Mickey's: Twice for breakfast
- Crystal Palace: Once for lunch and once for dinner

Not a table service but we always hit up Columbia Harbour house 2 or 3 times per trip. The fried shrimp is great.

We always visit the California Grill twice, it's my favourite restaurant. We stay for 21 days so we have plenty of time to eat our way around Disneyworld!

The only table service I've done twice in 1 trip is Narcoossee's. Counter service....Columbia Harbor, Pecos Bills, Cosmic Rays. Have done Seasons in The Land as many as 3 times.

The only restaurants I can remember visiting more than once on the same trip are the Kona Café and Kouzzina. In both cases, we went once for breakfast and once for dinner. I wouldn't be opposed to doing the same with either again. I would also be happy to visit the Grand Floridian Café or Olivia's for breakfast and lunch on the same trip.

mainly it's a counter/quick service that we might do twice in a trip. three times we repeated a table service venue and that was citricos, flying fish, and wolfgang puck's cafe.

If we're including counter service, in the 3 times so far that we have stayed on property, we have hit the food court multiple times. Although not necessarily a tradition that we make a point to do everytime, we have also eaten at Pecos Bills more than once per trip.

Now, with Table Service, the only place I can think of that we ate twice on the same trip, was Boatwrights. On our 2008 trip, we arrived around 9 or 10 Sunday morning at POR, and we went straight to Boatwrights for Breakfast, and we also had a supper ADR there later that week.

This year, we have a breakfast scheduled for Crystal Palace, as well as a supper. This will be our first time eating supper there and our first time eating at that place twice in one trip.

In all of our trips, I can only remember eating at the same place twice in one trip once... Crystal Palace. We always start our first full day in the parks with a breakfast ADR there before the park opens. One time we had dinner there as well (on our last day at the MK).

You asked :). There are TWO Signiture Restaurants that are SO GOOD that we hit 'em twice, every trip...

The California Grill
Citrico's

There is ONE breakfast place we hit EIGHT times per trip... we know the CMs, they know us :)

Whispering Canyon

When are you guys going back, Trotsky? I always appreciate your meal advice, I consider you the Disney Dining expert.) In fact, we are trying several of your recommendations this time. Narcoossee is the only signature one we are trying...it will be our first signature experience. We'll probably try Citricos the next trip.

We visited Tusker House twice last trip. We canceled another reservation mid-trip because we enjoyed Tusker House so much and wanted to go back.

The previous trip we visited the counter service restaurant in The Land three times. They had a sweet vegetarian noodle combo. Last year we only went to this location once. The noodle combo got switched out for this super salty, mess of a tofu and vegetable soup in a box.

Cosmic Ray's has been hit up twice in one trip...this past time it was Wolfgang Puck Express in Marketplace. Can't think of any others...

Yay for 800 posts!

Sandy and I are booked for May 10-18, and November 8-18... both at the Wilderness Lodge :). We have a later trip in May instead of April so we can go to my youngest son's Graduation from College :). He made Magna (being nasty, the word filter vomited) Laud :).

And no - "expert" is too strong a word... some folks HATE Signatures (and if I still had four children under 12? I could understand this :). We just like to think of great dinners as part of our Park Experience. You should see the pathetic excuses for "Restaurants" in Midland, MI :). The phone book in our town lists things like Arby's under "Restaurants" :ROFLOL::ROFLOL::ROFLOL:.

We will also be at Wilderness Lodge Nov 11-20! Are you guys staying in the Villas or the main lodge? I know you like Livis, so I'm assuming you are staying on the 6th floor? :sohappy: This will be our first time to stay at the Villas w/ our DVC, so we'll miss out on the great mousekeeping, but we are hoping there are other great things that will make up for it in the DVC area. I'm jealous you are making it down in May...our May trip this year is to St. John in USVI for our anniversary. First trip w/o kids in 6 years!
