Which Park Should We Spend Our Last Day In?

I thought I had my plans completed, but it looks like I'm still stuck on figuring out where to spend our final day. Although we'll only have a few hours to spend in a park before we have to head back to the resort to be picked up by Magical Express to be whisked away to the airport (approx. 5 hours), I knew I wanted to for sure get that time in at one of the parks since we already had the tickets anyway.

Here is our current game-plan, maybe you guys can help me figure out which park could use a little more time...

Jan 8th
Arrival in Orlando after 3pm
Plan to arrive at Epcot before 7pm and stay until close at 9pm
Take shuttle over to Hollywood Studios and spend an hour or however long over there until it closes at 11.

Jan 9th
Magic Kingdom from open-3:30/3:34pm where we will then head back to the resort (POR) to catch a boat to take to Disney Springs for our Boathouse dinner reservations (my brother is turning 21, aww).
Head back to MK around 7:30/8pm and stay until close at 11pm

Jan 10th
Animal Kingdom from open until 3:15/3:45pm where we will then head over to MK and hang out until it closes at 9pm. We may or may not head over to Disney Springs afterwards.

Jan 11th
Epcot from open until close at 9pm (Dining reservation here).

Jan 12th
Hollywood Studios from open until close at 8pm (Dining reservation here). Afterwards we plan to take a shuttle over to Epcot to spend an hour or two or if we are tired of spending time at Epcot we may just head over to Disney Springs, depending on how everyone is feeling that evening.

Jan 13th
Up early to drop off luggage at airline desk and grab breakfast- then????
We have to be back at the resort for pick-up by 3:05pm

So, which park do you think deserves a little more time, according to what I've already planned out?
I honestly am unsure of what to do!

You seem to have a good amount of time in each park so I would play it by ear and go wherever you have missed something or really want to see something again. As for me, I like ending my stay at the Magic Kingdom if possible since it is the heart of it all.

Go to the park that you think you want to go to on that day. We find we can uber plan every little detail but find that if we leave the last day or so up to a last minute decision we have more fun.

Thank you all for your replies! I think you all are right, we just need to wait until we wake up that day and see what park we are feeling most! Although I think like a lot of you stated we will probably end up in MK as that seems like a great way to end our trip. Thank you again for the responses :)

We always do Magic Kingdom as our final day. We love to end the trip with seeing the Castle and one more visit with Mickey. Have a magical trip!
