Where's the free photo voucher?

Ok, so I think I have all of the paperwork I'm going to get by mail, before our trip (Sept. 16th)
We have the confirmation sheet, paid in full etc.
And the DME tags and booklet


But I can't find anything about the "free" photo we are supposed to get with our package. It's not even listed in the confirmation sheet (while all the other stuff is, i.e. Searaycer voucher, Planet Hollywood discount, etc.)

So will we be getting the photo voucher when we check in? what other stuff should I expect at check in (other than the passes to the world!)

My photo voucher was included in the packet that I got that had the confirmation and luggage tags from Disney along with the other vouchers that you mentioned :confused:

then I recieved the DME envelope and all it has is luggage tags, and a little booklet explaining the DME and listing our flight info

I'm beginning to wonder if I am missing anything. I may call WDW to confirm.

Okay... We didn't use DME , the packet that we got arrived about 30 days prior to our trip start it has all your vouchers and regular keepsake luggage tags. Our confirmation sheet that you are talking about came a couple of weeks before that.

You should recieve a clear plastic folder with your keepsake luggage tags and confirmation information. These typically arrive 14-30 days prior to arrival. I would suspect the photo voucher is in that.

Yea, you are definately supposed to get a little voucher for that ... I would call. However, I think I booked three rooms last time ... and I was the only one that got the voucher ... for some reason the other two rooms didnt get it?

I called regarding this same questions when we went in January and again for our upcoming trip; here's the answer I got. The free photo voucher is for reservations booked via the website not for reservations booked by calling the Disney Travel Co. Some booking through travel agents also include the free photo voucher.

FYI - for those of you who have the Disney visa this is from the Chase Disney Visa site: :)

Just got off the phone with WDW, you guys are right, there is a final package that should come to me in the mail before the trip;

29 days to go, they better hurry, I'm way to organized and impatient to wait any longer!!!!!!

FYI: for goodness sake, start taking photopass photos at the beginning of your vacation and bring your coupon for the free 5x7 to any Disney photo center at the end of your vacation on the last day at WDW.

I can't tell you how many families come up to me with their coupon on the last day in the last hour of their vacation and want their photo done. When I explain that the trick is to take a bunch of photos the whole vacation and then look at all of them and pick your favorite as the free one, they are amazed.

should have voucher in mail, not at check in

I'm glad I saw this forum this morning. I didn't even notice that my photo voucher wasn't in my packet, I saw everything else. Then I looked at my comformation info and sure enough it's on there.....So I called Disney. The CM told me that I would receive it when I checked in. So I asked him why other people on WDWmagic had vouchers. He checked, then emailed and I should have a voucher on its way in the mail. So you might want to call them again and double check that!:D

On my last trip I got a free photomovie with my package. I did not get a voucher with the other vouchers, but received the confirmation password when I checked in to my hotel. I know this was a different package, but might be the same process.:shrug:
