Epcot: Sunshine Seasons or any of the places in World Showcase
DHS: No thanks. I'd rather go hungry.
DAK: Pizzafari, but I always get the Italian sandwich, not the pizza (which is rancid)

MK: Depends if I want a burger or not... I feel like a burger is pretty typical theme park quick service, so I usually try to avoid it, though Cosmic Rays is pretty good. All burgers aside, Columbia Harbor House is my favorite.
Epcot: I don't usually have quick service in Epcot as we usually eat a table service lunch here somewhere in World Showcase. Though I do remember having a bowl of udon with shrimp tempura in it in Japan, not sure which restaurant it was from though.
Hollywood Studios: Have never had a quick service meal here. Nothing jumps out at me I guess.
Animal Kingdom: Flame Tree BBQ, hands down.
