Came to the conclusion that they arrange the last vote. It always comes down to the 3-3 tie. Happened in every final vote.

My wife said the same thing, but I think one of them was a 5-2 vote, but I could be wrong. Plus, they've had 6 months to arrange those ballots in the box the way they wanted them to come out. Brian certainly was smart to take Clay to the finals with him. Jan would have kicked his butt in the finals.
