Think monorails got it. They used to hang in front of a clock and a map in the middle but looks like they've been moved closer together (or its an older photo).

Funny thing is I just noticed them for the first time two weeks ago. The ride was down and I said I wanted to walk through the store because it wouldn’t be busy. So I really had a chance to look at the decor without being trampled on by Guests.
