True. There are pay phones in numerous locations around WDW. It wasn’t until I enlarged the pic that I saw a reflection in the handle which led me to believe it is in MK where @Stupido guessed.

More than I expected, not Adventureland to Frontierland breezeway? I thought they took that out in 2013 or so when they put CMs all over the place for FP
