It's a lamp post. Probably MK...that said it's not normally on the ground and kind of unreasonable to havw us make guesses on occurrences like this we would probably not have a cance to identify unless one of us happened to be there that day.

Lamp post just inside the entrance at Hollywood Studios. Broke off at the base and came crashing down, with the glass globes shattering everywhere.
