After I guessed Guest Relations, I was just trying to think of an area in Studios that would look like this. This was the only spot that I could think of having been to to Sci-Fi a few times.

Right!? I never thought to pick it up and see what happens, I took the picture to send it to my brother back home as a "LOL these things still exist" type of message and months later figured it would make a good find it photo for all of you here. Need to find a volunteer to go find out.
