Is this pic so difficult as to not invoke anymore guesses? If so, please let me know and I'll zoom out a bit, but I believe zooming out too much gives it away. Happy to give hints if there are any guesses. My guess is folks haven't paid attention the last few days.

Ok, in looking at the picture, I realize that if I expand any more than the following pic, it gives it away. I would be willing to narrow the location down upon guesses. I'll start with that it's in one of the 4 parks...
