Mike and I just went for a walk. I made it about 200m before we had to turn around and come back. Not my hip. Not my knee (although things were better once I removed the brace). Totally my right glute.

Then, I add a ton of cheese, but since the box tells me it's lower in calories, I still go by that.

Carrots, cucumbers, and some of Skiās seeds that I suspect are neither carrots, nor cucumbers.
Cucumbers. I think I germinated too many seeds.
Mike is already worried that he needs to enlarge the garden plot. Iāve got lots of 5 gallon fabric pots, so I think weāll be okay.
These carrot seeds came in a āstripā. Theyāre ready to be planted now according to my son. Like 2-days ago now.

@Andrew C Not sure if you're familiar with Brickyard Pub & BBQ in Lewiston, but it burned last night! Terrible news...

Firefighters say they got the first call around 10:40 p.m. Tuesday night. When they got there, flames were coming out of the roof.

Yeah its one of the most popular spots on Main St so big news for the town. Ironically, my sister just went there on Monday and got takeout for a picnic!
