I thought today was Monday.I woke up this morning having zero idea what day it was. The fact that my alarm had gone off told me it’s some or other Work Day.
And after today, I only have two more of them!![]()
Don’t tell Mike, because I may just surprise him - but I’ve booked the Candlelight Processional Dinner Package at Via Napoli for 12/29.
Cal Ripken Jr. is the narrator. He’s no NPH, but he is The Iron Man.
2 nights in Orlando, 3 in Tampa area, 3 in Tennessee. That’s the plan.So the trip is a definite!!!Yay!!!!
are you taking them or is it their Christmas surprise by not telling or taking them until you two are on the road2 nights in Orlando, 3 in Tampa area, 3 in Tennessee. That’s the plan.
Still looking for an Orlando hotel and a Pigeon Forge hotel. The West Coast hotel is the exact same one we stayed at for Spring Training last year.
We haven’t told the kids yet.![]()
My son in laws family, whom they don't associate with at all, always had prime rib on Christmas. Never heard of that before, but, they are from Colorado and that might explain everything.Mike’s family Christmas get-together is always on Boxing Day. The hosts this year are doing ham.
I usually do a ham for Christmas. Mike just suggested we mix it up and do steak!
Steak, baked potatoes, and a nice Caesar salad - if the Romaine ever cleans up its act! Done!
I saw two, however both from Kissimmee. One I noticed as I looked up toward the east in a Denny's Parking Lot on Rte. 192 and the other as I was riding in a tram from TTC parking toward MK. Those two were quite a few years apart. Don't remember the exact dates, but, they were both shuttle launches. Wasn't looking for either one of them, just happened to look up at the right time.Jelly. I've always wanted to see a launch in Florida. Glad you could see it.
NOT taking them.are you taking them or is it their Christmas surprise by not telling or taking them until you two are on the road
You do remember that you stand a good chance of being up to your aching hip in snow in Pigeon Forge don't you? Dollywood usually closes right after Christmas until April. (at least it used to do that) It's right in the middle of the Smokey Mountains. And the Titanic exhibition might be blocked off by yet another iceberg! Hate to be the carrier of bad news, but, at the very least it will be very cold there. You will be able to experience what it was like to be denied access to the floating door.2 nights in Orlando, 3 in Tampa area, 3 in Tennessee. That’s the plan.

Ski has to work, and Son #1 is going to Montreal at that time.
