Wisconsin recorded its 42nd tornado of the year earlier this week. That's now the fourth most tornadoes we've ever had in a single year. One more would tie us with the 3rd most.

It's been a very wet and stormy spring/summer, whereas last year we had hardly any rain or storms.

I can't see the port from the new place. I can see the other coast from my balcony. Distance wise , it's a five minute drive. Nowhere is "far away" on an island that is twenty four square miles in size.
