Where in the World Isn't Bob Saget?

JenniferS

When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.
Does this mean more pictures of the pup ?
No pup pics. We’re staying in a hotel for five nights, then picking up the RV and driving home.

Our friends across the street had to put down their beloved Boomer (male shih-tzu with the same colouring as Daisy) two months ago, and they are devastated. I asked if they wanted to babysit Daisy for the week we’re gone. Poor Dave literally teared up when I asked him. His wife is taking time off work to spoil her.

Bestie fears we may not get her back.

We finally procured a seasonal campsite today (yesterday technically), so Baby Bo will only be in the driveway for a week, for a thorough cleaning inside and out. I swore I’d never seasonal camp again, but we’re going to try it for this summer. I have a childhood friend at the same campground, so it will be nice to reconnect with her outside of Facebook.

Hubs and I are taking a mini-vacation (back on Thursday). Going to the mountains of NH to get some nice cold air, and hike a bit (lower elevations only -- upper elevations are still in the crampons and snowshoes, heavy snow conditions). So off we go today; we're staying at a nice country inn and the food there is excellent. Can't wait!!

Like NH, been to Nashua and Keene where Mt Managnock is. I did not expect low 40 degree temps ( but breathe fresh cool air , not the sticky yucky get used to it humidity in the South ) in May in NH but we layered up with jackets sweaters and hats. The locals knew we were not used to cold temps.
