So all we had to do was put a bulb in the ground, in the exact way he told us to put it in. There were 3 rows of ten, and mine was on the end of the second row. Spring arrives months later, and all the pretty tulips came out in bloom -- except for the last one, on row 2.

My neighbor down the street works at a nursery and is a landscape designer. He’s been working with my other neighbor on plantings and somehow I got roped in.
