70 degrees sounds wonderful to me, a chance to open the windows and get some fresh air. Although that happens at 50 degrees sometimes here in northern Wisconsin.

Right now it's 77 degrees. I'm OK with that!

My daughter ran into a dilemma today, Christmas Eve and her central Air Conditioning broke down... completely! Needs to be replaced. The high point is that this warm spell isn't going to last a lot longer so they have a couple of months before the warmer weather kicks in. She doesn't see that as a high point. I'm just trying to show her the silver lining around each cloud. She seemed unimpressed. If she were still in Vermont, the idea that 70 degree weather would even need a thought about Air Conditioning seems to have left her now firmly encrusted southern brain.

I know down here the AC guys run specials during the winter months to keep their installation crews busy.

I wonder if it was the economy that forced his hand. I heard that Reindeer food prices are through the roof.

Just finished my immediate family's Christmas. Tomorrow is my dad's side (which is super tiny - 3 people), and then we're done for another year.
