Where in the World Isn't Bob Saget?

Tonight at my church we had our annual Lessons and Carols service. It was absolutely beautiful! There's just nothing like a good Christmas service. The choir and bell choir did a really great job. Our organist has had some health problems recently, and we had to get a replacement organist. She only had four days to practice, but she did an amazing job. Her opening organ processional gave me goose bumps.

I was also impressed with the programs for the service. They were really fancy. I'm definitely saving mine.

I love a real pipe organ.

I love a good sound-alike electronic organ as well.

The pipe organ is my favorite instrument. I would love to learn how to play the organ. I can play piano (well, I try to anyway), but the organ seems a lot more complicated. I have enough trouble playing with just my hands. I'm not sure I would be able to play keys with my feet at the same time.

This is the pipe organ at my church.

Sonobello commercial: When you look in the mirror, do you see wrinkles and a sagging jaw line?

Me: No, I do not. I'm not wearing my glasses.

Every time. It never gets old.
(And as long as I don't put on my specs, neither will I.)
Sure, but, another good sign of aging is when you have to aim so much lower to put on a bra. It's tough to get away with some aging processes.

See here, my friend - at 48, I can still get away with no bra. Just ask Hubby.

Or don't. I'm not sure he he would take that.
Of course you can get away with it. That's not the point. (so to speak) It comes under location, location, location. And you know men, all they have to do is be somewhere in the approximate vicinity. Perfection is not a requirement. If I'm wrong then Kudo's young lady. Meanwhile, it is obvious that my being in close proximity to the Pope had little, if any, influence on me.

My Mom let me do my own retro tree in our front room (technically my stepdad's office). Most of the ornaments are just made to look like they're from the 30's and 40's, but some of them were my great-grandmother's. My grandmother gave them to me, because she knew I would appreciate them and take good care of them.
