You know what's funny?
So by now it was lunch time so we ate at a quick service spot in FL called Au Chalet de la Marionette, a Pinocchio themed restaurant. We pretty much stuck to quick service for the entire trip as we found the table service restaurants to be very expensive.
I had a Bavarian hot dog with curry ketchup. It was tasty enough.
They have a Pinocchio attraction like DL.
The thorny vines in this picture were all over FL. I am not sure if this was for Halloween or not but it seemed to be. There was a "fountain" behind the castle with one huge vine like this where the Maleficent M&G was.

Oh man...most of the attractions had narrations in French or characters speaking in French. It was really weird! Also, for the shows, they seemed to switch back and forth between English and French. Some of the shows even had English versions separate from French.
I did SSE in French one time, just for the fun of it. I was assuming it was just the "create your own future" part, and felt stupid when the entire narration was in French, too. I should have realized that.

You should have stayed in Canada a little longer. By grade 13, you would have been fluent.

Pass...I would prefer to learn Flemish, the language of my Belgian wife and partially now, of my kid.

It never ceases to amaze me the detail Disney adds. I just now noticed the glowing red eyes of the crow inside Skull Rock pictured above. Stuff like that is what makes Disney, well...Disney.
Glad you had a fun trip, looking forward to more updates!

While we're waiting for this thread to roll over into the next page, I'd like to humbly ask @PUSH for his Green Bay Packers to PLEASE beat the Panthers this upcoming weekend! On behalf of Falcon fans everywhere (the few but proud), the only thing worse that seeing our team lose, is for our hated rival to be undefeated. So dear Aaron Rodgers & company...do your duty! These weekend, we will all be cheese heads!

No...not really...even in north Texas where I live now is too cold during the winter months. Weather is one of the reasons my family left Canada for south Texas when I was a child.
