His baking is the same as mine. Get pre-made cookies, then throw them in the oven. And even that cooking is a bit of a stretch for me.

Toaster oven. Less pre-heat time. Less heating up the whole house.

But for the Christmas and Easter hams, and the Thanksgiving turkey, I could probably live without an oven altogether.
With a toaster oven, microwave and stove top, yes.

I skip the oven step and just buy Chips Ahoy.

I do actually make a weekly roast in the winter.
If I feel like it.
