Snow here too, started around 1pm and should wrap up around midnight. We did our Valentine's excursion yesterday for a BBQ meal and went to see Captain America. It can snow all it wants, I live super close to work and now that I'm home I don't care.
It's a solid block of ice here, churches locally have gone virtual today. Not safe for man nor beast so I'm sending James out with ice cleats to salt after sunrise

Glorious snow this morning -- we've had about 6 inches. Went outside and shovelled around (plow guy did all the heavy stuff out front, etc.) Turning to sleet and freezing rain, though, so I was out after 7:30 to be sure I got the bulk of it before it all freezes into concrete! :hilarious:
Considering your joy over the misery that is winter, I have to think that somewhere along the way in making "Frozen" Disney left out the fact the Elsa and Anna had another sibling named Minnie. 🥶🤔

We barely made it into the parking lot at work this morning. At 1:30, I called and said that if we don’t leave now, we would be stuck there all night.

We’re home now. It’s still coming down. The plows are hard at work, but parking lots are understandably at the bottom of the priority list.

My potty is unreachable. Reason enough right there to call it a day.

You got more than us, definitely. Yesterday's snow ended up being not much. Friday afternoon/evening was the worst.

Yes, and no … according to Mythbusters.

To be fair, James Cameron’s script called for Jack to die, and Rose to live - it was an essential part of the plot line. One way or another, Jack was going to perish. This was just the most effective way to get millions of teenaged girls to attend the theatre dozens of times to quietly sob as Jack slowly slipped beneath the waves … and maybe a few 30 year old women too.
