I played trumpet in the lunchroom at both of my schools.
Elementary kids sang along : Rudolph, Frosty the Snowman and Santa Claus is Coming to Town.
Great fun!

Hey everybody, my wife and I have booked a Royal Caribbean Cruise "Symphony of the Seas" that is scheduled to depart in 2 days.
Leaving Miami at 4:30PM Sunday Dec. 22nd
Arriving back at Miami Sunday Dec. 29th
Stops in CocoCay, St Thomas and St Maarten
As long as there are no issues with our flight, we'll enjoy that cruise without paying for any wifi. So if I'm off of here for a week now you know the reason.
The flight (please please) is scheduled to depart Philadelphia tomorrow...Sat. 12/21 @ 6:36PM
Pluto for sure!Very cool about the trumpet music for the kiddosā¦!!!
Have a blast on the cruiseā¦ā¦!!!!!!!
Iām all for yet another cruise for us, but with 2 fairly recent WDW trips, plus weāre planning a āEuropean Vacationā , itāll probably be a little while.
But, thereās nothinā in the world like beinā out on the open ocean, on your stateroom balcony, with a beautiful sunrise first thing in the morningā¦!!!!!
And, tell me that cloud doesnāt, maybe, resemble Pluto, just a bitā¦???!!!!!

I'm ready for summer already.
It's technically one, but it's two people who are split between buildings. So one is here half the day, a different person the other half, and then they're either at the middle or high schools the other halves of the day. That sounds like so much fun!!! It also sounds like you are well-loved by your students.
You said "one of" you music teachers...how many ARE there??
And congratulations on the gift card.
Iāve NEVER seen Mary Poppins, but the second I saw those words, I thought - thatās got the Sherman Brothers written all over it!Sounds like the start of an awesome song teehee
Never?Iāve NEVER seen Mary Poppins, but the second I saw those words, I thought - thatās got the Sherman Brothers written all over it!
I shared in a live TR once that I was so excited to finally watch it on a flight, but the signal was so bad that every couple of minutes it would glitch, and take another minute to restart to a point that Iād already watched. After more than an hour, I was barely 20 minutes into it.Never?
Very similar to us.
See them both. Mary Poppins and the Return of Mary Poppins. Many people got hung up on the fact that it wasn't Julie Andrews, but it had a very Disney type story line and some great songs and more Easter Eggs than you can possibly keep track of. Feed the Birds and The Place Where Lost Things Go are two of the most emotional and moving songs I have ever seen in a movie. I think it is so sad that so many people deprive themselves of beautiful things because they can't accept that there are some new things that shouldn't be missed and appreciated. With Return, the Lost Thing song and watching a 93 year old Dick Van D*ke dance on a desk top makes it well worth the time.I shared in a live TR once that I was so excited to finally watch it on a flight, but the signal was so bad that every couple of minutes it would glitch, and take another minute to restart to a point that Iād already watched. After more than an hour, I was barely 20 minutes into it.
Maybe Iāll add it to my list for this holiday season.
Big deal... it's a terminally frigid 43 degrees here right now. It must be time to make a bread and milk run and put the chains on the tires just in case.
4 inches down here.Back atcha --
