E and I went to Gideons on our trip last summer, but the cookies don't look good to me. I don't like that many chocolate chips in my cookies. We opted for the cake, which was good, but WAY too much frosting. You could get rid of at least 80% of it for me. It just depends on your tastes. And I know someone in the Trip reports a couple years back said they went there and were disappointed because they had been talked up so much and they weren't really all that great. Nothing special.

Summer veggies will be coming in for a couple of more weeks and fall veggies are starting to come in. Got our first bushel of apples

I used to love milkshakes back when you could drink them through a straw without bursting all the blood vessels in your mouth. If I wanted a cup of soft ice cream I would have asked for it. Yes, I'm old fashioned, so get off my lawn.

When I go to a place that legitimately hand spins them, I always tell them extra creamy, not extra thick.
That being said, before everyone switched to nasty paper straws, I could "drink" the straight up soft serve that Disney calls a shake in mere minutes.
