Tea = leaves... Leaves = kissed by the sun with the gentle touch of the breeze and falling rain

Usually, but that’s because I broke it when I was 13, and the orthopaedic surgeon who set it promised me instant arthritis.Pinky up?
For the explanationRe - “my dad broke my pinky”. As a stand alone comment, it doesn’t look that good.
We used to wrestle and rough-house my whole life, right up until I got pregnant with Spenser. He would hide behind walls and tackle me to the ground as I came around the corner. No worries though, I gave as good as I got.
Whenever I got hurt, I would always roll around on the ground, proclaiming “It’s broke, it’s broke”.
This time, I was actually crying a little. “It’s broke, it’s broke”.
“It’s not broke. Let me see. … Oh crap, it is broke”, and up to Emerg we went, where he had to try to explain how he broke my finger.
It was set, and splinted for a number of weeks, and he used to get up early every morning to wash my very long hair before he left for work. (You know teenage girls and their long hair.)
You’d think we’d learned, but alas, we were still tackling each other even while the splint was still on. Used to drive my mother nuts.
That was the only broken bone over the course of almost 25 years. And only a pinky. We did well, considering.
God, I loved my dad. His birthday is coming up in a few days. Can’t believe he’s been gone more than 14 years.
Considering you were both in the eyeglasses store, perhaps he was also there to have a stronger prescription filled -- so he could actually see again . . .I stopped by the eye doctor after work today to look for some glasses. As I was looking, a man came in and said, "Well, look who's here! What do you have a blind eye or something?" He was talking to me. I turned and looked at him. I have absolutely no idea who he was. He didn't acknowledge me at all after that, so I think he realized I wasn't the person he thought I was. It was quite awkward.
I’m old enough to have sung that.
Jagged little pill is only 21 years oldI’m old enough to have sung that.
A giant like for today being better and a sad face for the problem student. Does said student have an IEPToday was a much better day. The reason? My biggest behavior was absent. Totally changed the entire class.
