Mostly cloudy skies to begin Thursday, then becoming overcast fairly quickly as the next system approaches, with highs remaining just above freezing. Cold and blustery over the weekend following this system, but both weekend days do look dry. A slight moderation to just above freezing is possible finally on Monday, then even more so on Tuesday as clouds increase ahead of the next system. A few rain showers will be possible Wednesday, but remaining mild.
