I hope all the details fall into place and any concerns are soon dissolved.
Best wishes!
Thanks! The Hotel in Gardiner responded to my message that they are cancelling reservations. They are completely cut off. The road south to yellowstone is completely washed away in some places, and the road North is covered by a mudslide. There's no way they'll have that all fixed in a month. So I'm still waiting to hear from West Yellowstone and Cody, but I have tentatively booked an extra night in West Yellowstone and we'll hope the Southern part of the park opens in time for our trip.

On our way to DHS. We got a LL for MMRR for 9:00. SDD is gone for the day already.

I didn't know if I should give this a like or a sad face. Like definitely for MMRR but a sad face for Slinky being gone already. I know it isn't fair to compare Disneyland and WDW but I have used Genie+ at both parks (Disneyland just a week ago) and I liked using it much better at DL. I went into using it at DL with a WDW mentality expecting attraction times to disappear in seconds but they didn't and it was easy to get a LL to all attractions throughout the day and was well worth the $$ and it makes me sad that it doesn't (can't) be the same way WDW. With all that said, have a fantastic time at the Studios today, and if you are looking for a place to relax there the Baseline Taphouse is my favorite spot there.

Now MMRR says it's down. Everything is a super long line already. A little bit of a disappointment this morning if I'm being honest.

MFSR was very underwhelming.

Sorry so much is down. Will Genie+ let you make another LL since MMRR is down (I'm assuming it gave you an anytime pass). Were you able to be a pilot in MFSR? Sounds like with so much being down, it might be time to get a breakfast Ronto wrap in Batuu.

When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.
Any RV park pictures?
We’re not in the RV yet. The 5th wheel hitch was installed Monday. We picked up all of the hoses and most of the other stuff we needed here in the US.

I have to be back tonight for a funeral visitation, then I have dental surgery tomorrow. I’ll need a few days to recover, so we’re playing it by ear. Probably hit the road one day next week. It will be a short trip though, because I have follow up with the specialist and stitches removal at the two week mark.

Park pics will be coming. Hopefully next week. 🤞

Some of the scenes in MMRR weren't working, but I really liked it. I want to ride it again without the technical issues.

We did Muppet Vision after and are now in line for our TSM LL. After this we might get some snacks. We have another LL for Alien Swirling Saucers at 11. Then we'll probably do a ST LL. After that we'll probably do a LL for AK this afternoon.

I forgot to say before that Muppet Vision was packed. Almost every seat was full. Haven't had that in a LONG time. Shows how busy it is.

After TSM we got some popcorn and drinks to hold us over until Steakhouse 71. Then we went for our LL on Alien Swirling Saucers. It was our forst time riding it. Fun little ride, but wouldn't wait 55 minutes like it said standby was.

We booked a LL for ST. We are waiting for that right now. It's in about 10 minutes.

Once we got over the disappointment of RotR being down, it's been a pretty nice day. We'll have done pretty much everything we wanted to do, except for ToT, RotR and SDD by noon. Not too bad considering this park has pretty much only long wait times. They need more high capacity rides.

We just spent 15 minutes circling around the airport (because Mike refuses to pay the 25 cent toll) and didn’t see a single plane landing, taking off, or anywhere in the airspace.

We both noticed and simultaneously commented how weird it was. Our standard joke is - Oh look another plane, I wonder if we’re near an airport. Today - nada.
$6 in gas to save a quarter. 😂
Saw a rainbow on our walk back to our room. We've been to the Poly, GF, and are now sitting at the Contemporary waiting to walk up a bunch of stairs to watch the fireworks.

I'll continue to post in here unless anyone objects. I don't want to start a real TR thread.

We took the boat back from DS. Walked through Ron Jon, Under Armour, Uniqlo, World of Disney, Co-op, the Christmas store, and the Art of Disney. We're back at POFQ now waiting for our room to be ready. We got some desserts at Sassagpula Floatworks. My dad had a cookie, and I got a cookies n cream cupcake. The cupcake was delicious. I've never been a fan of Disney cupcakes, so hopefully this means they've upped their game.

We walked through the gift shop, and I've already spotted one tumbler I'm going to buy.

I think @JenniferS and I mentioned it in our TR - we were surprised at DL how you really needed to buy something when you saw it because the merchandise varied so greatly by location and it was next to impossible to remember where you saw something when you tried to circle back.
did you go in Basin? my daughter loves that store
So do I.
In line for ST now. We just booked a LL for NRJ at 5:25. Can't get anymore at DHS until tonight, and we won't be here.
Did you get an anytime LL when MMRR was down? If so can it be used at any park or just the one you are in?

We are back in our room now.

We just had lunch at Steakhouse 71 at the Contemporary. I HIGHLY recommend it. The Stack Burger is amazing. I had heard it's like a diner burger, and that's a great way to explain it. The pork belly on top is good, too. I think it's the best burger I've had at Disney, and one of the best meals. The parmesan waffle fries were good, too.

DHS ended up being a success. Like I said, we did almost everything we wanted to do by noon. After ST we walked through the One Man's Dream museum area. I wish they still showed the film. Then we walk through some shops and left. Since we had some time to kill, we did a loop on the Skyliner.

Them we headed over to the Contemporary. We arrived an hour early, but they got us in right away. We were done by the time our original restoration started.

Our plan now is to hang back at the resort for a little while, then go to AK. We have a LL at 5:25 for NRJ, then we'll see what happens. After AK we might go to MK.

For the LLs, so far I think they're working well. I know that's an unpopular opinion, and I wish we didn't have to pay, but we saved a lot of time using them. We got MMRR at 7am. We got on at 8:55 and immediately scheduled one for TSM. Then the Saucers, then ST. Once we got through ST we did ours for NRJ. Even though they are lesser rides, the wait times were still 50+ minutes. I think we saved a total of 250 minutes if you add up the standby wait times. And that's not including tonight's LLs.

I'm going to go through my pictures and post some that turned out nicely.
