At least you have a team for whom you’re still rooting. Last Canadian team is out, so I don’t even go through the motion of checking scores anymore.I hate when I sit down at night...
turn on the tv to watch the NHL Playoffs and they just went to Intermission. That happens so often!
I'm following the NY Rangers but they are down 3 games to 2 and the Tampa Bay Lightning look really good!I hate when I sit down at night...

Nah, they will always do it, eh! Just like they will always watch hockey, eh! That said, however, they inexplicably now drink more Budweiser than Labatt's, eh! Those that have replaced it with "right" would not be understanding that the use of "eh" is not asking a question, it is making a verbal exclamation point, eh! Besides how can anyone with a name like Sali Tagliamonte be an expert on Canadian phraseology, right?@JenniferS , I was reading a compilation of some Canadian headline posts (as noted in a Reader's Digest collection). So, is "eh" no longer a thing up there? (@Goofyernmost will be disappointed, if so.)
"Canadians slowly but surely dropping the famous 'eh' from their speech, linquist says"
The one-word expression that came to define Canadian English—both within Canada and around the world—is disappearing, Sali Tagliamonte, a linguist at the University of Toronto, told Vancouver-based the Province in 2013. The word that’s pushing “eh” out of the way? According to Tagliamonte, the word “right” has replaced “eh” among young Canadians.

I'm starting to be concerned that I know way to much about Cananadians, eh! I still have two daughters that are technically also Canadian citizens, should they decide to be because their mother was born and raised there. Not that I’ve noticed.
I don’t say it often, but when I do, it’s organic, not forced.
Confirmed.Not that I’ve noticed.

FTFYConfirmed. Eh
Back on Halloween 2015 I took that ship from Rome for a 10 day excursion around areas in the Mediterranean and then across the Atlantic to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. It was one of the most fun trips I was ever on.Just a little visitor today

Sounds like a great cruise.Back on Halloween 2015 I took that ship from Rome for a 10 day excursion around areas in the Mediterranean and then across the Atlantic to Fort Lauderdale, Florida. It was one of the most fun trips I was ever on.
It was. Talk about brave though that was right in hurricane season. And here I was worried about possible stray icebergs in the south Atlantic. Instead we had 10 straight days of sunshine and calm water.Sounds like a great cruise.
That probably about 8 times around our island in terms of distance traveled. Hope you aren't dizzyWe've officially been going 4 hours. We pulled out of the driveway at 9:04 this morning.
