I always buy insurance when going overseas. You never know and trying to find a place that covers your regular insurance might be impossible. With the state of the world right now you never know what is going to happen and it could be massive out of pocket loses. I didn't find it all that expensive when put up against the total cost of the trip.

yep, when I went to Europe I got travel insurance too because our health insurance didn’t cover overseas. Didn’t want to pay out of pocket for any emergency.

I have travel insurance for when I go to Buffalo. 😂

We actually have a yearly policy that offers unlimited trips of up to 11 days each. We’ll be switching that to a more expensive, more comprehensive package once we pick up the RV. 11 days won’t cut it.

It was 73 degrees today. 😍

The weather was perfect. Not hot, not cold. Just perfect. We kept the kids out a few minutes longer for recess... especially since the next three days are rainy/snowy. I had the windows open in my classroom, and now I have the windows open at home. I'm soaking it all in.

She’s learned either tell us in Fahrenheit or be prepared to translate.
I was part of the crossover generation. The metric system was introduced to the curriculum when I was in grades 4 and 5. That, combined with an abundance of US tv channels growing up, pretty much guaranteed I am equally competent (or incompetent as it may be) in both systems.

Mike was only one year behind me in school, but he in not proficient in °F at all. And to my kids, °F might as well be Greek.

Just a reminder though:
