As a snow aficionado here, may I share a tip for you. Always keep an old pair of regular, or even hiking style boots in the trunk, on the (rare) possibility that your car breaks down while you're out. in winter.

My kids are NEVER going to be able to move. Townhouses started at a mill. A mill! Up to $1.2.

A love mill apartments/condos but way overpriced. Just like a lot of houses. I think a small house (and I mean tiny) just sold for 300K

It's actually their chocolate, cream-filled cupcakes. (Same general idea--chocolate with vanilla cream filling.) Incredibly delish!!! (So they're not exactly the same as Ring Dings, but just as yummy!)

I thought I might add a couple pictures that I took today in the area surrounding my apartment building. As a bonus I also included a photo of the place I share with about 200 friends. Sadly after over a year and a half I've only met about 12 of them.

Close. But I prefer vanilla filling, versus chocolate. Not that I don't like chocolate (I love it!), but I like the combination of chocolate cake, and frosting, and then vanilla filling. (I rarely buy a box, because I'll eat the whole thing in a few days. )

My local supermarkets don't carry that brand. (Maybe it's a regional distribution situation. Never seen those up here, but have down South, like Florida, years ago.)
