I am at DHS right now and just finished back to back walk on rides at ToT and noticed something that I hope someone can help with. I think the female narrator giving the safety spiel in the boiler room before the elevator loads and in the elevator before it unloads sounds like Linda Hunt, Heddy from NCIS Los Angeles. Does anyone know for sure?

The general consensus is that it’s a woman.

It always sounded like a man to me. I went back and listened to it again, and that time it sounded like a woman. This is like a blue and black or white and gold dress thing. Weird.

That's a cool site. I hadn't seen it before. There are some great houses on there. I'm big fan of Tudor style houses.

Speaking of houses, I've become obsessed with Walt Disney's last house. It was torn down in 2001, and there's not much information about it. Most people focus on Walt's miniature train that ran around the property. It's especially hard to find out anything about the inside of the house. I've done a lot of digging but I still know very little about the inside. I've gone trough old building permit records, but I could only find rough drawing of the property. Unfortunately, the house was too old for LABDS to have records of the blueprints. I just love the house, and would like to know more about it. I wish I could rebuild it.





This rough video is the best I've been able to find on the house. I'll keep researching, but for now I've hit a wall. I'm tempted to contact the Walt Disney Family Museum.

Anybody here watch Schitt’s Creek on Netflix?
I’ve seen about a dozen episodes in random order, but I think I’m going to start at the beginning and watch the episodes in order.

Fun fact - some season 6 motel scenes were shot here in Brantford at the Sherwood Motel.

Funner Fact - fans of the show are called Schitt Heads.

They kept me company during quarantine and made me laugh!

Well, we worked from home for 6 months. Then we split into A&B groups and alternated weeks for 6 weeks. Now we are back to working from home again. Ah, these times we live in...... #thankschina

I saw some talk about Survivor a few posts back and my husband told me that Survivor won't be returning this fall. That makes me super sad. I guess I'll have to re-watch some old seasons this fall. Although I did hear that the Amazing Race will have a new season and probably air in Survivor's spot. I like Amazing Race and honestly think if there was a reality show could stand a chance to compete in it would be that one but it isn't Survivor.

Yep, Survivor was taken out of CBS' lineup for the fall. Reports have said that the earliest they will start filming is September, but it could be later. I think the hope is to have season 41 shot in time for a spring release (they usually premiere in February). The Amazing Race has, indeed, been shifted to Survivor's Wednesday time slot. Apparently they've had that season filmed for a long time.
