Where in the World Isn't Bob Saget?

Thank goodness I already did the grey grow-out, and had the big chop before my surgery. I’ll actually be okay.

While waiting outside for Mike to pick me up from my final physio, a lady out walking came up to me (relatively speaking) and told me I was beautiful (not true) and that my hair was absolutely lovely (just washed it - totally true). 😂

I certainly won’t be attempting to cut my hair. If it starts to get too long I’ll just have to look like a hippie. It’s not like anyone is going to see me right now anyway.

I was wearing all grey today. My daughter and her friends call that a “groutfit” (a grey outfit). My daughter started making fun of me that it was differing and clashing shades of grey to which I replied, “NO ONE sees me I legitimately could not possibly care ANY less that I don’t match”.

I am wearing dark grey Haunted Mansion leggings and a pink Spirit Jersey, with blue striped FitFlops.

I was thinking plastic American cheese, slightly expired white bread ....

Mike was thinking Montreal smoked meat, Swiss cheese, and grilled onions.

And no, I can’t eat two full sandwiches except I actually did 🤦🏻‍♀️.

Spared you the ketchup shots. You're welcome.
Sign me up for the Montreal Smoked Meat. I can't tell you how many times that I drove from Vermont to St. Catherine Street and Dunne's Deli in Montreal just for one of those 4 inch high delights. My mouth is watering just thinking about it.

I put jeans on for the first time in almost 3 weeks today. I've been wearing mainly athletic shorts and a t-shirt, with the occasional sweatpants and sweatshirts thrown in.

I saw an internet interview with Sophie Turner (Conan maybe?) and she said Joe Jonas is wearing jeans in the house and she said she questions if he’s a psychopath for wearing jeans when there are much comfier options.

People say to get dressed to help your mental health and to stay in a routine. But this is my normal attire at home. I could come home for one hour and change out of my jeans and into shorts, then switch back into jeans when I need to leave again. I figure I want clothes that I can jump into bed with. Because I'm often known to sit/lay in bed rather than a chair. Guess where I do most of my WDWMagic posting from?

Am I kind of pathetic? 😂

Hey all you cool cats and kittens. I didn't get around to posting today's attraction of the day. I will post two tomorrow.

I will also try to stop calling you all cool cats and kittens. No promises.
We can forgive you neglecting to post today's attraction video. We all have far more crucial responsibilities at times.

But we refuse to allow you to not call us cool cats and kittens anymore.
You take that part back!

The plan to cancel our September trip is on hold.

We’re absolutely not going. Mike is 100% in agreement with that, but he wants to see if Disney cancels on US, and maybe offers us the chance to book next year with some kind of special deal.
Sorry to hear, but I certainly understand your precaution. Too much risk of new waves/relapses hitting with this virus, even after a lot of the dust settles in Summer-Fall. Having an elderly father and infant niece whom I personally would like to see in person again soon... I'm a bit weary of doing any type of major travel until the vaxx comes out.

I’m sorry the chemo is making you feel so yucky.
Better days ARE coming. 💕
It's certainly not unexpected, by now I know the drill. By Wednesday or so next week, the worst will be over and I'll feel myself getting stronger by the day. I know all that. It's just now, that light at the end of the tunnel could very easily be extingusihed by things entirely out of my control. All these months of sacrificing could just be for nothing, and that scares me to no end. I need a hug....

I’m thinking of planting a “victory garden” this year.
We haven’t had one since my dad died. Ski is quite the little horticulturist; he can help.

I’m thinking cucumbers, potatoes, lettuce, carrots, green beans, and ugh, tomatoes. Too late for rhubarb, right?

I’m not sure if we’ll even be able to buy seedlings this year, so maybe I’ll order some supplies and give him a little project. There’s more to life than Nerf guns and video games.
