So I am down to the last episode of Tiger King. It started off as a documentary about the owner of a private zoo, and now I feel like the tigers were never even part of the story. If this weren't so crazy and ridiculous, I'd say it was made up. But the person doing the research and the documentary itself has done a fantastic job. There are so many leads and storylines and people in this mixed up plot, and he got to all of them and has done a great job of making it somewhat understandable.

Pot roast again tonight. Someone ate all the celery I had meticulously washed and cut, so it will just be carrots and onions again. And garlic. 😂

Yesterday's shepherd’s pie and salad:

We have bread that expired yesterday, but I'm going to be a rebel again and still eat it tonight. I'm going to make pizza pockets. I'm not actually sure if that's a thing, or something my family does. Essentially it's grilled cheese, but with pizza toppings. It's really good.

I’ll be having cinnamon toast and coffee, just as soon as Mike is done in the kitchen.

This whole staying at home thing makes me realize how much more we can all conserve. Normally if there was half a loaf of bread expiring, we wouldn't care if it went to the garbage. But now it's like we have to eat it in order to conserve. Also, I don't remember the last time we ate out.
