Where in the World Isn't Bob Saget?

Watch the video!!
That comes under the electronic heading of ... If all else fails, read the instructions. That said, I got a set of wireless earbuds for Christmas and it brought to my attention how sadly lacking in important detail some of the instructions are. They are written by nerds that understand all the terminology and leave out so much detail that you don't know if you are doing it right or not. For example, on the charging unit they say that when it is fully charged the LED light will come on. The problem is that there are four LED lights and at some point in time ALL OF THEM ARE ON. That's fine if it were to be specific about which one(s) I would have been so grateful, but they couldn't be bothered to write that into the instructions. So, it becomes guessing time. Yes, I know "first world problems" but this is the world that I happen to live in and I'm to old to have grown up with all the technology they had. My high tech was a small transistor radio. Give me a break.

Being that I’m still sick, I’ve ended up mostly laying around all day, but, luckily for me, It’s a Wonderful Life has been on repeat all day.
Hope no one minds but I thought I'd share a post I made on Facebook yesterday the ties into your post.

Merry Christmas to my friends and family up there in the cold and snow, and everyone else that I have had the good fortune to be friends with, I want you all to know how important all have been in my life. OK, so I just finished watching "It's a Wonderful Life" for the 50th time and some thoughts came to me starting with the first time I saw it in Vietnam. All of the other guys were outside drinking and fighting with each other, in that order, and I decided that was not the way I wanted to spend Christmas Eve, so I went inside and the Armed Forces Television was showing that movie.

While watching it this morning many thoughts went rapidly though my mind. It was exactly 50 years ago, Christmas Eve 1969. Since that so many events have happened that have shaped my life, both good and bad, but all have gotten intertwined to make me who I am today. I honestly can say that other then being born rich, which would have been handy, I wouldn’t change a thing. It has indeed been a wonderful life with so many rewards like two beautiful daughters, four bright and wonderful Grandkids, more friends then I deserve, and a long and healthy life completely enriched by everyone around me. Merry Christmas to all of you and an equally Happy New Year.

OMG, "instructions" from some of these companies are an oxymoron. This is one of my my pet peeves. You are so right -- they're written by nerds, not the average person who does not know the background of a device, etc. :banghead:

Knowing @JenniferS, she got the same type of screen protector as I did. It molds to the face of the watch and is extremely thin to not disrupt the touch sensitivity. The video is hilarious. It’s a four step process and you have to swoop back and forth with this special tool and lift tabs and flip it over along the way. When you get it - it’s such a dorky sense of accomplishment. When you don’t - it folds over on itself. There’s a reason the package comes with 6 in it.

JenniferS

When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.

It’s true. All of it.

I more or less got it on the third attempt. Two teeny, tiny air bubbles which I will either successfully ignore or will drive me absolutely insane. Time will tell. (No pun intended.)

Loving your NYC photos. I went to mass once at St. Patrick's. Wow -- the church was so huge, that they had TV monitors placed in the rear sections of the church, so that everyone could see the priest! :joyfull:
We could have walked in and looked around but they had bag check for ALL bags and I didn’t want to check my purse/wallet etc.
