We haven’t been to Sammy’s in months.
Time to rectify that.
Wrap and salad (no croutons) for me:
Mike got the AYCE fish & chips:
I might have snuck a fry or two because they have the absolute best gravy. I’m sure it’s just a mix, but it’s really yummy.
After this, it’s a quick stop at the grocery store for lunch provisions, and then early bedtime. I’m getting too old to function on just three hours’ sleep. Snore Boy has already been told that one of us moves into the spare room tonight if he keeps rattling the windows.
(And we all know that’s a load of hooey. Neither of us has ever slept in the spare room.)

Today was kind of a crappy day. No sleep. Long drive to London. 6 month anniversary of my brother passing ....
And then I got a text from my brother Terry asking if I was working. I said no, be home in 10 mins.
He and his new bride were at my house and had brought me flowers. Just because they love me.
I have at least five nice vases, but he couldn’t find any, so he arranged them in a beer pitcher. And no, I didn’t re-vase them.
