Where in the World Isn't Bob Saget?

Most Singaporeans who do not work in these stores or who do not work in restaurants....most people are off on Sundays. Rather than sit home they like to go out😉
This is the second time we have been out and about on a Sunday. It is quite an experience to squeeze into a crowded subway car and then enter the shopping centers/centres. The MRT Subway system is clean, modern and efficient. It is heavily used😎@MinnieM123 I think you are correct. The effect Amazon has had in America has not happened over here. The glitz, glamor and ambiance experience seems to be important here in Singapore.

Well, it sounds like good news for the most part. Just be realistic, knowing it COULD be a mistake and stay on top of it.
Believe me that my disbelief factor is in high gear. It's possible but, not likely. My PSA was still elevated above the "good" scale in April and now, just three months later, the biopsy shows nothing. Yea, I'm a little skeptical! I have no intention of letting it go or changing our plan of observation, at least for the moment. I will continue to have the PSA run every 6 months, but, no more biopsy's unless it spikes up. As they used to say in Lethal Weapon @JenniferS tells me... "I'm getting to old for this crap!"

No gory details, but I totally overdid it today ... although I really didn’t do anything.

I am back to using eight squares of 4” x 4” gauze. I’ve iced. And I’ve had to put the tubigrip compression bandage back on.

Can I make tea and go to bed once I’m sure I’m not bleeding through?
Somebody, a very smart non-Doctor, told you to not overdo and follow instructions to the letter. Surgery is not followed by, If I do more it will heal quicker. Nature doesn't follow your time line.

When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.

Lethal Weapon. 😉

I did follow the written post-op instructions to the letter - shower and remove gauze at 48 hours; return to office job within 3-5 days.

In my defence, all I did was go to work. I sat at my desk for 8 hours instead of reclining on the couch for 8 hours.

I just have to get through today, and then I can lie about for 3 1/2 of the next 4 days. I’m good at lying about.

I corrected it to Lethal Weapon... I'm ok with the the correction because I have never seen either of them, very similar to how often I have seen The Titanic. (I believe the boat sinks).

I lost count... was it 5 days since the surgery before you went to work? Did you use crutches all the time (when not in the shower)? Just be careful, that stuff can go south really quickly.

Tomorrow starts Amazon Prime Days! I already have some items waiting in my cart to see if they go on sale at all, but I'll buy them whether they go on sale or not. They are some things I need/want for the upcoming school year.

Amazon has quite a few competitors this year, too. Nearly every major store is having online sales, with several having them in-store, too. Some stores that I know of: Walmart, Target, Michael's, Best Buy.

So I have this huge fever blister on my bottom lip, and I don't know what happened, but DD and I were talking, and suddenly my top lip got stuck to the fever blister like it was glued together. So I'm trying to pry them apart without it hurting too badly. DH comes in and DD goes to her room, and I'm telling him about it, and he goes "Oh, nice and quiet!" just as he was crawling into bed....I really had a sudden urge to give him a big shove, but I was able to restrain myself and DH is lucky he didn't end up on the floor. :cautious:

Is a fever blister the same as a cold sore (they are here) ... ‘cause if it is, just give him a big old smooch while he is sleeping. No need to shove him on the floor. 😂

This concludes your passive aggressive lesson for the day. You’re welcome.
