It’s been a busy 24 hours in my hometown and nearby Woodstock.

6 Fentanyl overdoses - 3 of them fatal in Brantford, and 6 Fentanyl overdoses (none fatal, thank you Lord) in Woodstock.

And nobody knows what to do about it.

I take a chewable vitamin C every day regardless of how I feel. It's delicious as well as healthy. I get them at Costco but they are available in regular supermarkets also.

I was expecting delicious. What I got was basically a piece of compressed, concentrated unsweetened lemon chalk.
