Loved Dollywood lights! And the music everywhere, it was just so cool!

We were able to enjoy Dollywood’s signature Christmas show, Christmas in the Smokies.
It was all very good, but two songs were beyond exceptional - “Hail Favoured One” and “They Rejoiced with Exceeding Great Joy”.

“They Rejoiced” was also played at Epcot’s Candlelight Processional, and it was the one song that narrator Cal Ripken Jr. couldn’t stop himself from “podium dancing” along with.

It was so nice having him share his park with us.

What a fabulous day we are having. It was supposed to rain all day, but the sun decided to make a welcome appearance instead. Rain later, but for now we are lapping it up.

I lost count, but I think we experienced 3 of the 4 seasons today, all accompanied to Christmas music.

You're very kind, and I had an absolute blast spending the day with you both.

The bus driver this morning waited until I sat down before pulling away from the stop. Usually they only do that for old people.

My bus driver dropped me off at the station yesterday, and lowered the bus step/platform to the ground, so that I wouldn't have to step down to the sidewalk. I must be looking quite decrepit these mornings . . .
