Where in the World Isn't Bob Saget?

It looks super cute and it at least lets you have SOME decoration in a small space and/or with no money. We thought it was a great idea. We weren't going to be doing Christmas with the whole family at our house anyway, so we didn't need to fit any presents under it. It just worked out all the way around.
My mom used scour the roadside for the perfect branches and my dad would bring them home and spray paint them white for her. She would then decorate them with bows and glass ornament balls, and put them in the hall, and outside by the front door. We would also have our proper tree with lights and tinsel; the branches were just for decoration.

Her sister liked them so much though, that she still uses that concept for her “main” tree.

Our property growing up bordered a huge plot of land that surrounded the reservoir for the city of Providence. As a kid we often had Christmas trees that were three or four branches that we gathered from the pine trees there tied together. Once it was decorated it looked fine.

My mom went the deciduous route.
More like this, but with bows and balls and white lights ...

Just saying... the movie Wonder is really good. We went to see it as a staff outing last night after we did a school-wide read of the book (which I had already read before). The book is better, and the movies changes some things, but it was still really good.
