It's great! I actually went back to Mississippi for a few days but I'm back again. I love the area I'm living in.
Being on my own is big adjustment for me but hopefully I'll start to make friends soon.

I had things to do this morning but I spent the afternoon visiting a couple more resorts. I had never been to Animal Kingdom Lodge before.
Then I decided to go get a taste of home.
I don't know what this is but I would not call it king cake.
I thought the jambalaya was actually pretty darn good. The beignets were good too but don't compare to Cafe du Monde.
