We've seen several launches. We used to spend 3 weeks here every summer visiting family, so we saw several shuttle launches from my mom's backyard. My favorite one though was the one we watched from the beach at Cocoa Beach. It was awesome. You see the rocket go up, then you hear it, and then you feel the ground shaking.
We watched a shuttle launch from Cocoa Beach once. The car ride back to POR was about 5 hours long, though.

We bought a SunPass here 2 years ago. Best investment for us, but I agree, it would be nice if we could just use our EZPass here.

You know what's funny?
That's because your state is so big, no one ever actually leaves it.

In north Texas, we have NTTA tags. In Houston, they have EZtag. And then their is one called Texas Tag which is for tolls in central Texas. But all the tags work everywhere in the state really. You can any of the three for all tolls except for a few specific tolls like a couple roads in Houston and at DFW airport.
