Where in the World Isn't Bob Saget?

We've only had shelter dogs. Our current dog (although he's about 8 now--lab/chow mix) was around $300, but the shelter fee covered a local vet for the spay and other shots. So really, it was a good deal.
Ours was around $250 for each - one was a puppy from a shelter and one was a one year old rescue. They're really sweet dogs and lucky they're cute on some days.

For sure. For our trip, I think all of our time in AK will at night.

Night will be fine, but don't miss daytime there--the Kilimanjaro Safari ride is wonderful during the daylight hours--you see so much from the vehicle. Also, I'm not sure if Rafiki's Planet Watch is open in the evenings. They have a small petting zoo and I like to pet the animals. :)

Oh my. I am so jealous!!! I've always wanted to see a launch down in Florida. That must have been so exciting!!! :jawdrop: :cat: Cool pictures of the launch--those will be "keepers" for you. So few people get to experience this.
We've seen several launches. We used to spend 3 weeks here every summer visiting family, so we saw several shuttle launches from my mom's backyard. My favorite one though was the one we watched from the beach at Cocoa Beach. It was awesome. You see the rocket go up, then you hear it, and then you feel the ground shaking.
