Where in the World Isn't Bob Saget?

I also have recess duty on Tuesdays, and it was in the 40s and sunny, but super windy. So the warmer temperature kind of took a back seat.

It was like that around here on Tuesday as well, I took the dog for a walk and it was a little colder than I expected. Oh well, we walked a little more briskly and got our heart rates up more! :) I'm glad I don't have to worry about recess duty, I guess that is a perk of teaching middle school/high school.

I mostly taught master's degree students. They never got to go to recess. :(

Ditto for us.

ETA - Never mind, I just double checked. They have downward adjusted our temps by about 5C (11F).

*stamps foot, and goes back to Gondola thread*

I also loves me the gondola thread. My favorite quote in there, somewhere around the middle of the multiple pages of comments, from xdan . . . "for the love of gondolas" -- (in the context he was referring to -- I burst out laughing)! :hilarious:

With the latter couple of pages I read this morning though . . . I'm really afraid that the thread is getting derailed. I'll just leave it at that. :cautious:

I find it hard to believe that a thread is getting derailed!

It was 49 degrees on my walk this morning, so the pond was steaming.

I heard a splash and turned around and saw not one, but 3 otters in the water

I followed them around the pond to the culvert that they like - it connects to the other pond here.

We packed a couple of sandwiches and headed off to a park at Lake Toho for lunch today. It was soooo pretty. Here's the view from our bench (yes, they have lots of benches, and tables, and Adirondack chairs to relax there).
