I was just informed that I am tied for 1st place in my March Madness pool. I need UNC to lose to Syracuse, and then it would go to a three-way tie, and I would be guaranteed my $5 back. Or, I could win $75 or $10. I prefer first place.

Good morning and Happy Easter to all. I overslept this morning, so no sunrise service for me this year...

Our sunrise service got rained out.

When I was grabbing bagels this morning I drove by a park advertising a Sonrise Service.

So either it is a dyslexic parish or those signs were left by God and even the creator makes bad dad jokes.

Corny church signs always make me cringe. I like the signs in front my church. One sign says the church's name and the other has the service times.

That was gorgeous--one of my favorite hymns. We sang that in church this morning, but we sure didn't sound nearly as good as that choir!

We sang it this morning too. It's a really moving hymn. I always look forward to singing it on Easter.

He says no, he's been a Tar Heels fan since the early '80's.
He does like Syracuse, but Carolina is going to slice and dice up their zone.

Don't know what this means. Don't care.

Opening day in one week. That's all I care about. I have also bee a fan since the early 80's. (Technically '85, but "early 80's" sounds better.)
