I could understand it if a resort fee had been actually announced. But if it's just a question on a survey, I wouldn't assume it will ever be implemented, just because some other changes started out as survey questions.

If they actually direct this vitrol at Disney, then it is fine. It lets Disney know they are thinking stupid thoughts. Only getting mad on these boards won't do anything.

I remember a few years back people posted about a survey suggesting they were going to offer different ticket classifications (one that gives admission to the park for restaurants and shopping but no rides, one that gives you access to only less or more intense rides, etc.) and that hasn't come to fruition.

Makes no difference to rubes like me. Hide the increase in the resort price, add it as an extra fee ... no matter.

I go to my travel agent; she calculates hotel, dining, park passes, PhotoPass (back in the day); adds it all up, and I yea or nay. I never actually see the individual component prices except PhotoPass.

I usually calculate the hotel price because Hubbe wants to know. I may or may not round down everything below 99.

Finally caught up! It's been a long couple of days! I kept getting disconnected at our friends' home in Jacksonville, and yesterday's trip left us both rather wired, so I finally have a few minutes to read. We went shopping this morning at my favorite store and now we're just hanging out enjoying this glorious day. There were daffodils blooming on the side of road when we went out this morning, so all is well!
