I grew up in the same town as one of my interviewers so that doesn't work

Oy. I can see your frustrations in all of your posts. With a Business degree there are so many different directions one could go, it is one of the most coveted degrees.

Did you ever think while you are waiting for something to work out to pick up some certificates? Example, you are on the East Coast, prime area for imports. You can quickly pull a Property Casualty certificate. There are hundreds of insurance companies that deal with cargo both coming and going through the ports on the East Coast. If you pull a property casualty certificate you will be very attractive to the industry holding a Business Degree. You've already done the difficult part earning the degree, now you need something to center your focus on, something to demonstrate to future employers that you have a focus. Maritime Insurance is big business and opportunity in the insurance along with civil service are wide open in that industry and something you could pull a certificate in a few months, a few hours a week while still looking for steady employment.

I have two high top teak, wide seat/armed with a high back bar chairs with a table that sits outside my kitchen window. It was an expensive gift given to my DH and me for our 25th wedding anniversary.

I was coming home one day when my DH was teaching my DD to parallel park my truck out on the road between my two teak chairs! :jawdrop: He wanted her to be able to see the space over the bed of the truck.
I bet that raised your blood pressure!

You called that!

My DH is not a stupid man by any means. Every once in a while that tunnel vision sets in and he doesn't look at the big picture when there is a task at hand. Sawing a piece of wood on our patio table or painting window frames on our kitchen table 'cause it is too cold outside. Mind you we have every tool and saw horse available to Macho Man.
He doesn't do stuff like this often or at least while I'm around to witness it. Come to think of it, it generally happens when I've been out and come home to it...

Big dogs and cats glues, stitching details going on now.

I only hot glued three of my fingers this time. :joyfull: Must be getting better at it!

Ouch! Done that. I finally purchased a melting pot for hot glue cause I didn't get better at it.

When I started to read this post of yours I thought for sure you were going to say the Dog and Cat got into your glue.

Put up pictures when done please!

Yikes!

Our buses are not allowed to reverse even in lots. Everything is pull in, pull straight out.
That's the rule, but, there are occasions when you have to do impossible things with a vehicle that size. It's good to know how. Besides, most of those rules are written by someone or someones lawyer that has never been out in the real world driving a bus, truck, etc. It is a necessity at times, you just have to take massive precautions before doing it.

I find that to be true daily. Someone who has never done it knows better and creates the parameters without consulting those who actually are the do-er bees.

And just to set the record straight - it would all be your fault for failing to adequately supervise him! Just sayin'
