Having married into a large Irish family, I can say that not everyone is "certifiably Irish", but everyone Irish is "certifiable".

I'm mostly of Czech origin with a little German thrown in just to p**s me off.
Not all that long ago, I was told there was actually some Irish upstream somewhere, but, my sis did some further research and found out that it wasn't so.
