When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.
Hey, just wondering if "scarfing" food is a Canadian term? (I always thought a scarf is something you wear around your neck.) Down here in the Northeast U.S., when we shovel food down our gullet, we call it snarfing! :D
I've heard both terms used, but have never personally "snarfed".
Maybe it's an age thing. I am 46.

I'm so dumb. I've been sitting here annoyed about the ruckus in the street outside and finally realized it's the PA announcer at the halfpipe event and not hoodlums making noise outside. It's 5 degrees outside. Who would really be out there??!
You're just used to kids running outside your hotel room from your trip to Disney. It's an understandable mistake.

Scarfing is a term my mother uses on a regular basis. I've picked it up to a degree
