Sorry but I laughed at your fp+ turning DHS into a one hour park. The exact opposite of what disney wants. Love that! Good job
(Ever hear the saying"wham bam thank you ma'am?" It applies here)
I thought the sides were not properly netted or something. An imperfection on the ice and going 80mph would probably have terrible results like that.Wasn't that caused by poor conditions of the track (do you call them tracks?), or was that just speculation?
Because that takes too much work. I could have Googled it, but the whole "open a new tab and look for the info" thing really steered me clear of that.I'm on the internet, why am I not just Googling it?

Kumaritashvili was fatally injured in a crash during his final training run at the Whistler Sliding Centre when he lost control in the final turn of the course and was thrown off his luge and over the sidewall of the track, striking an unprotected steel support pole at the end of the run.
The report found that the sled used by Kumaritashvili had met all FIL criteria and standards. It attributed the accident to "driving errors starting in curve 15/16 which as an accumulation ended in the impact that resulted in him leaving the track and subsequently hitting a post ... This is a tragic result that should not have occurred as a result of an initial driving error". As the sled hit the wall at the curve 16 exit, it catapulted off the track, causing Kumaritashvili to lose control of it entirely. This was a type of accident not seen before, and therefore "[w]ith the unknown and unpredictable dynamics of this crash, the calculation and construction of the walls in that section of the track did not serve to prevent the tragedy that happened". However, the report also determined that during the homologation process and later sessions of the Whistler Sliding Centre, the track was faster than originally calculated. While calculations called for a top speed around 136 km/h (85 mph), the highest speed recorded was 153.98 km/h (95.68 mph). The FIL felt that luge athletes were able to cope with this speed, but "this was not a direction the FIL would like to see the sport head"
I took the initiative and Googled it. Where is my gold medal? It's that lack of initiative that will have you watching me get my gold medal in 2018.
Makes perfect sense to me. Pretty much like eatin' bacon and pancakes. Now bacon donuts. Yum.

Now I remember the pole thing. Thanks!According to Wikipedia:
1) I'm going to win the gold in Rhubarb Bobbing and BMing in the summer Olympics. It's that lack of initiative that will have you watching me get my gold medal in 2018.
I'm not coordinated enough to put on that uniform.
2) Congrats on 5,000 posts!
Alright I'll go outside and wait for it by the mailbox. In the mail?
Really? I HATE that ride. Really hate it. I call it a parental method of torture. I've only been on it half a dozen times and that is plenty. If I'm tearing up it's out of boredom

Well here are your obligatory dancing chickens. Enjoy!I've been posting on my phone the past few weeks - I had no idea I was so close!!
The one thing I'd change about the bacon donuts is the frosting. I'm not a fan of maple frosting. When I'm the pastry empress I'd make the frosting chocolate. The maple in the bacon is enough to carry its own weight.
That is what they need to change at Gaston's too with the Giant Cinni rolls. They have a maple frosting where the Main St. bakery version was a more standard white frosting. The maple competes too much with the pastry.
So says I.
